This is my first product of 3ce that I've gotten so I was really thrilled.
3ce Pore Silky Balm is a product (moist primer) where it covers up all your pores and smoothens your skin. This is applied before you apply any make-up on your face, and it makes your make-up stay evenly for a longer period. Here's a review that was made on an orange.
Review on orange as it has a rough surface, which you can see the part where they applied 3CE Pore Silky Balm has even up the entire surface of the orange skin!
It comes with a spatula and a sponge for easy application! :D
And a cover as well so it stays clean!
Instructions
1. Scoop a small amount for 3ce Pore Silky Balm using the spatula.
2. Rub in on the back of your hand or the puff and apply evenly on your face!
You can just rub in your hand, then apply it on your face if you're lazy to use the puff. :D
I tried it on myself and from what I feel, this product is amazing!!!
Because...
1. It does not make your skin feel oily after applying
2. It really does even up on your face and covers up pores entirely
3. Smooth skin after applying!

Even my freckles faded a little. Hahaha
I have alot of small pores which might not be so visible, but for me it does make a difference after applying, so I'm truly amazed.
From the pictures you may find that the primer looks pretty creamy and oily...
Creamy, of course lah. But it is definitely not oily!
Then I applied BB Cream after that and even after going for the whole day, it did not smudge even when I kept sneezing for the whole day! Yeah, sometimes if I sneeze while having BB Cream on my face (without the silky balm), it will always wear off and I'll end up looking like a red nose reindeer after that.
Seflies after applying 3ce, which the pores are not visible anymore!
Even my freckles are gone x__x
